Intro to Realistic Self Defense For Women
In today's world, you never know when you'll need to use personal protection and conflict resolution skills to keep yourself or a loved one safe.
As many as 1-in-3 women will be abused, sexually assaulted or have an attempt made in their lifetime and many of those take place during the teens, college years and into the early 30's.
The Intro to Realistic Self Defense seminar will help you learn how to use awareness, assertive behavior, boundary setting, conflict resolution and verbal defense to communicate that you are not a good victim and prevent physical attacks an estimated 80% of the time.
Just in case, we'll also teach you some easy-to-learn physical self-defense techniques that can help you fight back and win if need be.
You'll have the benefit of getting to participate in role plays and scenarios that can help you learn the information quickly and give you a great chance of being able to use what you learn should you need to.
Ever wonder how you'd react if you were confronted, or had a situation that you wish you knew how to handle better? Learn how to be a victor not a victim and join us for this empowering, sometimes entertaining, informative event.
